Toby and Austin put together some challenges on the companion app to keep you cozy this winter season. Think you can beat their score? All you need to do is go to the Tend Companion web app, enter the Seed in the bottom right (Christmas25Toby or Christmas25Austin), and play with the same cards they did!
You can even post your score to our BGG thread (it should be approved by BGG soon) to see how you fare or brag about beating Austin's score!
It's the end of the year, and that means lots of coverage of this year's games. In the last couple of weeks, the Dice Tower held their Winter Spectacular, and we were honored that Tend made it on some of their yearly lists!

Since fulfillment runs in waves, we kindly ask that you hold off on package inquiries until we announce that 100% of orders in your region have shipped. You’ll receive an automatic tracking email once your game is being processed, though it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

US fulfillment is at 100% (completed last week)! Final retailer orders have been shipped as well.

Zatu began shipping games this Monday Nov 17. They are currently working through the orders at quick pace and are at 43% complete. They are projecting to finish by middle of next week.
🇪🇺 EU (except Ireland)
As we prefaced last week, the games have been stuck in customs but are expected to clear soon, and should arrive at the hub by Nov 26. Fulfillment is scheduled to start within a few days of arrival, so they are currently estimating a Dec 1 start date.
🇦🇺 AU & 🇳🇿 NZ
Games began shipping this week and VR Distribution is already at 71% complete! They should be done with fulfillment by the end of next week.
🌏 Asia / Mexico/ Brazil
VFI has processed 100% of the packages for shipment!
China and Hong Kong mailed this week. There are shipments in queue for 2-leg journeys to various hubs, with some departing already. You can find your specific regional information on the VFI website: Track hub status here.
You will receive tracking info once the package arrives to your regional distributor.

Since fulfillment runs in waves, we kindly ask that you hold off on package inquiries until we announce that 100% of orders in your region have shipped. You’ll receive an automatic tracking email once your game is being processed, though it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
🇺🇸 UnitedStates
US fulfillment is sitting at 99% completion! Final retailer orders will be shipped next week.
The few remaining backer orders will be out the door by the end of this week. If you don’t see a tracking notification by next week, please reach out through our customer support form.
🇨🇦 Canada
Pick & Pack began fulfillment on Nov 11 and is currently 21% complete. All backers should receive their shipping notice by Nov 25!
🇬🇧 UK / Ireland / Norway / Switzerland & Middle East
We want to give you a clear update here, as the start date has shifted this week.
During our Wednesday (Nov 12) morning call with Zatu, we were advised Tend would start shipping at the end of this week. However, we’ve since been moved slightly down their queue due to the heavy seasonal volume of projects they’re handling. Tend is now scheduled to begin fulfillment next Tuesday (Nov 18).
We know delays are frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while we and the warehouse navigate a busy holiday schedule. We’re staying in consistent contact with them and will continue to update you with the latest information.
Some good news: Zatu was able to begin sending the campaign's split shipments of add-ons this week, and that portion is nearly complete. Not all add-ons were split from the Tend orders—just ones that would simplify the batching of the bulk fulfillment. Once they start the main Tend fulfillment, it should move quickly thanks to the simplified product batches. Backers should receive a shipping notification by Nov 27.
🇪🇺 EU (except Ireland)
As we pre-faced last week, customs is taking longer than usual. We are still waiting for freight to be released and delivered to Meeples NL. If everything clears early next week, Tend fulfillment is estimated to begin around Nov 20.
EU split shipments of add-on have been shipped. Note, not all add-ons were split from the Tend orders—just ones that would simplify the batching of the bulk fulfillment. If you receive a notification and do not see Tend in the packing list, that is because Tend will ship at a later date once the main inventory arrives at Meeples NL.
🇦🇺 AU & 🇳🇿 NZ
Freight delivery was delayed after customs, so we are now expecting fulfillment to begin early next week based on the warehouse’s updated schedule.
🌏 Asia / Mexico/ Brazil
These regions are still pending a start early next week, following delays during fulfillment prep. We will follow up with VFI next week to confirm!
Merchandise Shipments
A quick reminder that Tend merchandise (jacket, hat, patches) will ship at a later date. If you don’t see merch in your current Tend order, that’s normal. These items will go out next year once all stock has arrived, and we’ll share more details in an email as soon as we have them.

We usually introduce the Cookie Club when fulfillment begins, but we shamefully forgot to do so in our last update (our sincerest apologies to the cookie lovers among you).
So, without further ado, welcome to our Cookie Club! This delightful tradition was started by our Discord community in 2024 for everyone patiently waiting on their game to ship. Since you’ve pledged for Tend, that makes you an official member; no sign-up required 😉 It’s a sweet little way for our community to offer some emotional comfort and a laugh while we all wait for our games to arrive.

Tend games have officially arrived at the UK Zatu warehouse after a small freight delay at port last week. We originally aimed to start shipping this week, but need just a little extra time to wrap up final fulfillment arrangements. So we are expecting fulfillment to begin next week instead, apologies for the delay! 🙏

The EU-bound freight had a boat transfer a little while back, and the new vessel has now arrived at its final port! ⚓️
It may take a bit of time for the inventory to clear EU customs, but if all goes smoothly, the games should reach the warehouse by mid-November.
🇦🇺 AU & 🇳🇿 NZ
Tend freight has arrived at its final port in Adelaide and is now making its way through customs! We’re hoping for a quick clearance so it can reach the warehouse and kick off fulfillment soon 🚚✨
We’ll share a more detailed timeline in next week’s update once the warehouse has received the games—and if all goes well, fulfillment could even begin next week! 🤞
🌏 Asia / Mexico/ Brazil
It turns out we needed a bit of extra time to finalize some last fulfillment details with VFI, which means your games won’t get processed this week, but we’re aiming to get things moving by next week!
The VFI process involves shipping your games in containers to regional hubs, where they’ll then be handed off to local couriers for final delivery. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package reaches your regional distributor.
